Proof of Enrolment Letters

Use this form to generate a standard proof-of-enrolment letter confirming your enrolment, and/or graduation for the term(s) selected including your status (i.e. full-time, part-time). If you require further assistance, please contact Service Point.

Proof of Enrolment / Graduation (e.g. for financial institutions and government offices) can be generated for all currently registered students. If you have already graduated from McGill, the notation “Degree Granted” will automatically appear on your letter.
Proof of Expected-to-Graduate Status (i.e. proof that you have applied for graduation): If you select this option, select the term for which you have already applied to graduate; do not select a two-term span such as Fall & Winter. Learn more on applying to graduate.
Proof of Credits Completed to Date: (e.g. for RESP providers or to renew your immigration documents): This letter can be generated for most students except if you are in Dentistry, Dental Residency, Medicine, Medical Residency or a Postdoc. For these programs, please contact your Student Affairs Office or department for assistance.
For students seeking to renew their immigration documents:
- Graduate students (e.g. Master’s, PhD, etc.): print the Proof of Credits Completed to date letter
- Undergraduate students (e.g. BA, etc.): print the Proof of Credits Completed to date letter
